Collection of overtime fees for shared Joint-use

Dear Joint-use

For shared Joint-users using the facility on holidays and weekday evenings, an overtime fee will be charged starting in August.
Shared Joint-users who have submitted an “Application for Change of Classification for Entering and Leaving the Radiation Controlled Area” and wish to withdraw the application form, please contact the Radiation Management Team at .
If you do not contact us, the fee will be collected from August.

Response to failure to submit overtime use notification

Until now, in cases where overtime use notification was not submitted, if you left the management area after 7:00 p.m.
and more than 30 minutes had passed, a warning email was sent.
From Friday, August 1, the following changes will be made, so please be aware.

■ Summary of New Rules (Effective August 1)
If the overtime usage form has not been submitted, please exit the managed area by 7:15 PM.
The following measures will be taken thereafter:

• Access to the managed area will be suspended.
• Please create and submit the overtime usage form.
• Overtime usage fees will be charged.

Access to the managed area will be reinstated once all procedures are completed.

The management team will not contact you, so please contact the management team directly.
